Nestled in a fishing town, the food, and ambience are hard to beat in Scotland. Cost SUPER high compared to any other chippie.

"Last weekend we visited both burgers, a huh a bark: nice. service was great, the girls were attentive, helpful and polite. the weather was great, so sat outside for a drink after eating, which was a nice finish to a very pleasant experience. this was the first visit, but certainly not least."

"Great food and great service! Fraser made us feel welcome and at ease. No sooner were our glasses empty, Fraser magically refilled them. Would highly recommend The Boathouse which doesn’t have an inflated sense of self unlike other establishments in Anstruther. Like Fraser, a wee gem."
