What Greg Moots doesn't like about Thai Ginger Bistro:
The only food that I am able to comment on is the soup samples, which were all very good, and the Jasmine tea, which was also very good. We waited 55 minutes for our food and then left, so I can't tell how any of the main dishes are. If the wait is long, I highly recommend going to the jerk chicken place which is two storefronts down. My wife and I (local residents) have visited Thai Ginger Bistro a number of times in the past and have always enjoyed the dining experience. It was lunchtime, so we brought friends from out of state to enjoy some Thai cuisine. Both my wife and my friend's wife (both Thai and excellent Thai cooks) said their expectations were met. We each had different menu items. Even though the wait staff was a bit challenged with the almost full house, the wait time was not too bad. Paiboon and Penny always do a great job of giving a great cultural food experience. Our friends loved both the food and the dining experience and said it is one they will remember for a long time.
We've eaten a Thai, Ginger Bistro many times, and also had takeout. The service the food the atmosphere is consistent every single time. We enjoy good Asian food and travel quite a bit and we found that Ty Ginger Bistro is amongst the best that we've enjoyed. OK go ahead I just want to taste.
I felt such a welcoming when enter the doors. I was there to put in an order to go. Treated as I was dinning in, brought water and some samples of soup. The food was excellent.
