What Rob Hewitt doesn't like about Palapas Cantina:
Long time SC residents and we decided to re-visit Palapas in Seascape. Our server was pleasant. Place hasn't changed in over 20years and unfortunately its time to do so. Food was basically tasteless and portions small for what you're (over)charged. Margarita's $15+!?! The restaurant was freezing cold and everyone was wearing their sweatshirts and jackets. Not good.
