"If you thought vegan food was all dust and husks, try this place. Really satisfying and flavourful dishes available we had the daal and the three bean chilli. Importantly, the cakes were absolutely delicious and the tea made with leaves (not bags). And, best of all, we were served the very cheery and helpful owner. Oh, and the toilet was clean! A great placed to get fuelled up for a walk along the cliffs."

"We arrived just after the dining room had closed and was expecting to be turned away, however the chef was still in the kitchen and said he would be more than happy to stay on for us (2 adults, 2 children if we were happy to eat in the Lounge. The kids portions were huge (I'm sure there were 6 eggs in the omellete! and they were even asked if they wanted veggies with their meals fish and chips with a side order of carrots is a new one on me. The food was definitely cooked to order with fresh ingredients. We're back in the area this week and have made this a priority visit for one of our suppers. Quality food and very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit."
