What Dena Holstrom doesn't like about Pho Hoang:
The food is nothing like the photos, or the photos on their menu, for that matter. The lemongrass vermicelli bowl was basically iceberg lettuce topped with plain noodles and chicken. No fresh vegetables or sauces or herbs. The pad Thai was drenched in sauce that was way too sweet and the noodles were overcooked. Very yummy food! I had the vegetarian yellow curry and the seafood rice noodle soup. Tasted great and felt very nourishing. Glad we stopped here.
We were totally ignored for to-go orders. The food came fast but it was just OK. Last 3 times I came here it was the same. Sad that I won't have a Pho option anymore:
Very tasteless. I could only taste soy sauce from the stir fry noodles. Moreover, the noodles are too watery to even inherit the taste of soy sauce
Absolutely delicious chicken with rice noodle pho, and very kind staff.
