Stopped here for lunch while driving along the coast. Didn't stop long but we got some nice items and were able to sit inside to eat. My first choice was sold o...

Delicious range of pies and rolls. My spinach roll was lovely and my daughter loved the tuna Mornay pie

Terrible service, would be nice if the service wast so atrocious a smile would be nice. 12 pm lunchtime and nothing available, children crying because a bakery...

Would be nice if the staff smiled..... impolite and non-interactive. Food was okay but nothing special. Think the customer service needs to be better.

Delicious Cornish pasty with generous fresh fillings and above average sausage roll. Service was excellent friendly service.

"Took a pitstop with the kids on the way home from holidays and found this little gem just a stone throw from the playground. The service was exceptional, ordered 2x ham and cheese crossiants and 2x bacon and egg rolls toasted with 2x flat whites.all ready in 10mins and timed the making of the coffee so it was hot when the food was ready.food was delicious and coffee was perfectly made. Will be a return customer next time we are in Ardrossan for certain."

"Such a beautiful and gorgeous interior! Amazing food and awesome customer service I really appreciate the time and effort that went into the food preparation of the chilli oil too... I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised... I really like chilli and I found it to be really, really good and it wasn't even charged for! The food I ordered was priced rather well which was really good. Over all of ardrossan, this is the best place to eat 100% will be back. The sauces were all really good and everything was cooked really well... only th i ng I would say is perhaps crisp up the pork belly skin next time but thats a bit of a personal preference. The fried rice I had was really nice and not lacking in anything. I really cannot fault Maes Kitchen Cafe in any way. It doesn't have any EFTPOS on site but there's a atm if you need to take out cash and a sign at Maes that helps with directions. I already had cash as a lot of country towns don't have EFTPOS in my experience."
