We are six Canadian rugby mates who went on a three week whisky tour of Scotland. En route, one of us hit a milestone age, and we happened to be on the Isle of Jura on that day. We contacted them and they could not have been more accommodating. They said: Our menu is largely seasonal and dependent on the elements, with Wild Jura venison, freshly caught lobster and langoustines, organic Jura vegetables and foraged fruit all featuring as seasons and conditions allow.
