I am a great admire of Indian food but this Chicken Briyani made me think about the Indian food as it had no taste of any Indian ingredients that should be in Hydrabadee Briyani. Also rice was not cooked properly, was cold, no taste of special ingredient of Briyani which is dry fried onions. I made much tastier Hydrabadee Briyani during lockdown period for my wife Birthday.
