Ninth Wave from Argyll Bute Menu

Ninth Wave offers a unique dining experience rooted in seasonality, featuring fresh produce from their own croft, locally caught seafood, and organic meats from the Island of Mull. The menu changes daily based on the fisherman's catches and crofter's harvest. Guests can enjoy lobster, crab, hand-dived scallops, and fish that are caught just hours before being served. Owner John Carla Lamont, a local fisherman, also acts as your waiter and wine steward for the evening.

Change of approach from Carla. Now only doing lunches with a set four course menu there are samples on the website. but prepare to be surprised. And what a lunch! brilliant local produce, cuisine influences from around the world. that is an exceptional location. there is a session per night (only with reservation). the restaurant is a creative striving for man and woman.
