Wow is all I can say food was delicious first time tasting haggis I had the bon bons and steak pie which was delicious the steak melted in your mouth stunning my partner had the haggis and tatties prawn linguine and mint cheesecake. What CCR23 doesn't like about The Lorne:
Food was rather bland. Presentation of the burger was very disappointing, with a small bit of lettuce slice of tomato somewhere under the burger. Not what you’d expect for a burger costing £9.25 on it’s own. £3.75 to add chips, £3.20 to add coleslaw and £2 to add 3 onion rings. Not a cheap lunch. Staff were lovely and efficient.
