This is a really lovely hotel.Staff work hard to create a warm, attentive and welcoming environment. Rooms are great. We stayed in bedroom 3 which we'd recommend, it has a beautiful view and bathroom. Bed comfy and no noise from other rooms which makes for a restful sleep. Went for dinner with the family. Lovely location. It was very quiet, probably because of the weather. Ordered 5 fish and chips, lovely fish, tasted fresh. Came with ‘chunky chips’ which was basically baked potatoes cut into massive wedges. They were pretty dry. Ordered a child’s macaroni cheese.
