Delicious experience at Bayou. We went thinking about biscuits, but seeing that there were shrimp and grits, I went with that and a biscuit on the side. Creamy, cheesy grits, shrimp were just right and the sauce was really good. Biscuit was light and fluffy. My wife had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, plus got us an order of beignets. Staff was cold and disinterested in providing a welcoming experience... almost like they were annoyed that I had an order to put in. Only really good thing about the food was that I didn't have to make it myself... though I could have done better if I had.
