What Lindsey likes about Pedro Vinny's:
Generous portions, well-flavored meat, and decent prices. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. Positives are I like that they use dark meat, the beans were nicely flavored, and they are generous with the added veggies. Downsides were that the rice was slightly undercooked, and I wanted more more flavor from either a larger salsa selection, or dressing of some kind.
