we returned to stay in the pine to celebrate our jubilee and birthday. returning to sante was great as it was a year ago. the black is very good. has a great ambiente with fantastic Mediterranean food. excellent service. great eckish. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Santé:
our four-headed party included a vegan, pescatar, meat-eater and one that likes it all, so we were not a light group. we ordered four different appetizers to share and four participants. although the restaurant was not busy, the service was slow and inconspicuous. some dishes were great (loved the zitrus on the olives, hummus and the breanzino,) while others were good, but not remarkable (shrimp saganaki, skallops, f... Good Mediterranean menu with excellent service in a location that is ideal for the access wash dc.

I recommend that you check the bill carefully. we asked to share it 50/50, but both couples were on the full register card that was quickly corrected.
High tee was an experience, I enjoyed my company while I didn't have to hear other conversations. the personal was well suited for the experience I recommend to all I know
Seated at 9:20 PM for NYE fixed price $129, 5-course meal. By 12 Midnight to ring in the New Year we had only been served an 'amuse bouche ' and soup. We left. How Ritz-Carleton could allow their reputation to be so damaged by such restaurant mis-management is beyond me. Never going back, ever.
I was there for New Years Eve experience, and everything beginning from service and ending with food quality was extremely disappointing. Waiters appeared rushed with a vibe “don’t you dare to ask for anything”. So we didn’t. Food was atrocious, cold soup, boiled oysters(instead of grilled), burned and overcooked fish. You can get better food from a frozen dinner. And at the end, they unceremoniously included 20% service charges, and had a nerve to expect tip after that. Also, be aware there is a local and state tax of 10% at that location. I don’t think we’ll be going back.
