We arrived with our party and the location was CLOSED...no notice to people who had reservations or anything, nothing noted at the door, NOTHING...itâs was terrible not to mention embarrassing with people arriving and we were outside in the rain...NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND!!!! amazing bistro in Washington DC area, staff is great and the owner is very accommodating, proud that we have a best filipino restaurant in Metro DC area.
