"This is my favourite cafe in Armidale, hands down, mainly owing to the skill and creativity of the boys behind the magnificent woodfired oven. The bread, pastries, pizzas, breakfasts and lunches are all excellent. If you are able to beat the Saturday morning rush, buy a strawberry tart and you will reach pastry heaven thin, buttery and crisp pastry with gooey, creamy custard and fresh strawberries. The Portuguese tarts fly out the door and are certainly the best I've eaten. All of the sourdough bread loaves are perfect.
