"This is a fabulous place, the is food outstanding, the atmosphere relaxed and owners are amazing. Highly recommend the Beef Medallions they are incredible. The sorbert/gelato afterwards are out of this world. However the Tiramisu is something you will remember for a long time too. If you want a friendly place to go for a good meal, this is the place."

"Great example of good Indian food!! We placed an order for delivery for the first time and were extremely impressed with the level of service and quality of food provided. Within 30mins my order was at the door. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. The temperature of the food was nice and hot and the spices were bang on. I would highly recommend the Chefs Sizzler and will definitely order from Marigold again!"

"On the way back from matlock we called into this restaurant. what a great restaurant. from the input we were greeted by the manager who took care of us and even asked my wife how hot she wanted the curry. After she told him 10 minutes later, he came back with a rehearsal of her curry. that never happened. I noticed that the shalimar is rated in the top ten Indian restaurants in Great Britain on trip advisor. we will visit again. amazing place"

"The menu has a lot of healthy vegan options that all sound great! I had the dhal and a heel milk flat white, and everything was delicious. the dhal itself was well seasoned, and the salad, the brot and the popadoms were also incredibly delicious. a lot worth a visit when they are in leek!"
