Stopped for lunch today after a doctor?s appointment. Since we are working hard to establish new eating habits we both ordered grain bowls. I ordered the Southwest and my wife the Mediterranean. They were both excellent. They had a wide variety of wonderful and fresh ingredients all of which are very heart healthy. This is very difficult to find in a restaurant. I haven?t been to Atlanta Bread Company in awhile and their chopstix chicken salad used to be my favorite and it was always a nice large portioned salad but the one whole salad I received today was very small and it seems like they gave me a half salad instead of a whole.
