I recently visited Asheville for a company retreat. Black Bear crafted a true farm to table custom dinner that was incredible from the first to last bite. Every dish was bursting with flavor. From the salad and bisque to the jerk chicken and cobbler. Sodelicious!!!! View all feedback.
What Doug C doesn't like about Black Bear Bbq:
Cons: Pulled pork and coleslaw was on par with Cook Out?s. Corn bread was underwhelming: dry, crumbly, and reminded me of high school cafeteria cornbread. Social distancing is still a thing here. Pro: they had interesting soda choices. Finished mypulled pork combo and was still hungry. Conclusion: Not bad, but mediocre at best. As evidenced by the place being almost emptyat 1pm.
