This is a beautiful old building with individual shops for artisans. Unfortunately many were closed on Sunday and many storefronts are vacant. Those who were open had eclectic jewelry, pottery, original art, and my favorite, a handcrafted hatstore. It was so nice to stroll from shop to shop while being protected from the weather. Don?t let the name confuse you, this is not an arcade. There were many shops and boutiques. Just to describe a few: finger food and drinks, female clothing, art, rocks, fine jewelry, and a few others.
