Great local Asheville brewed local beer. Great atmosphere. Great staff. The Catawba Hooligan Scotch Ale is excellent and not bitter at all. This place is awesome. Highly recommended. What Dan K doesn't like about Catawba Brewing Company:
Located just outside the most walkable area of the Biltmore Village. Still accessible on foot, but not in the town center.Lots of space inside, it presents like a converted large garage. Lots of bar seating, high top, and normal tables. Despite all the seating, it still felt pretty sparse. Quite a few dartboards available for free-play.
