Had the misfortune of arriving when the water lines were frozen, this in it self I know was an act of god, but my treatment after that was horrible. No e mail notice of problems at the property, no reduction on rate after the fact, no communication from ownership after writing a letter. This is the first time I have given a Hilton property a bad report but this property and the manager Aaron Dearry deserve it. View all feedback.
