I have been dining at Heiwa Shokudo for more than 15 years and continue to savor every meal. The lunch specials are fantastic, offering something for everyone. I have dined at this restaurant many times in the past, but I can no longer continue to do so. While the food can be quite good, the overall cleanliness of the establishment is severely lacking. I wish the owners would put more effort into cleaning up the place. I have always had concerns about the hygiene in the kitchen.
