What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The food was great, but the cashier rounded up my order total, without even asking me. It came to 15.?? But at the window she said an even 16. Had no clue the restaurant was supposed to ask you if you wanted to round up, till we went back later that day for another order, and we were asked if we wanted to round up. Upset? Yes! That was my choice, not the cashier's. View all feedback.
We had chicken pots after I got out of the hospital and was so sick. You were absolutely great!
I said first, the chicken was great. Not now, last time, dry like wood and terrible, nothing like KFC to be using, it tasted like it was reheated from one day, and I ordered at 11:30 when it was the first batch of the day.. I'll contact HR.
Eating was hot, we had to wait 7 minutes to get cookies and we are still wrong, but the workers were understanding
Had the chicken sandwich. It might have had two of the 11 herbs and spices that make KFC fameous. Bland and poor even for fast food?

The window server was very kind and polite. And the food was still hot and good by the time we got home to eat it. My daughter said their fries were the best she?s ever had ha! I personally thought the sandwich was too spicy because I?m a weeny but it still was good: next time I?ll probably go with the non spicy. I?m really glad I tried this as we all enjoyed our food and the service.
