What User likes about Owl Bakery:
Owl is exactly what Asheville used for years. Perfectly executed French pastries and light lunch in a stylish but casual atmosphere. This place is serious and I say that as a pastry graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London. Many American patisseries try to do this and are not authentic, but this is the real thing.
