Yesterday my drive through order was filled incorrectly. I noticed order was wrong when I got home. I called back and spoke with Max. He was so professional and kind. He told me to come back at my convenience and he would make it right. I returned today. He had my order made perfectly and gave me a complimentary dessert and drink. All with a smile. I'm not trying to be karen, but I had a terrible experience here. first I went to the bathroom and there was pee on the toilet seats. then I ordered a chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. my hunch in sandwich was raw and the Mac cheese was half hard. at the moment I feel very sick from the huh.
