The owners are always excited to tell me when they have more to offer. It’s not listed, but they have a vegan protein powder option for their smoothies. "The venue seems more like a cafeteria. Slightly weird smell. Bathroom was in rough shape. For 45 dollars per plate you expect a nice date ambiance. Been to many Brazilian restaurants and just wasn’t impressed. Food was a little lack luster as well. And drinks were ok. Just not a great experience."

"Tacos are super good! There are tacos for everyone here whether you are vegetarian, vegan or a meat eater... there is something delicious for everyone! Very recommended by sharing the Salasa and chips and then getting your tacos. Parking is easy even if you travel with a trailer. If you are on the go w/dogs there is a wealth of outdoor seats through the beautiful French Broad River and if you want to get out of the elements, there are seats inside!"

"The original Green Man brewery which was in the basement. Very hip and cool....with a splash of charming. Absolutely loved the draft beer selection and the foll musicians playing was magical. Our server was phenomenal as was the food. Loaded fries were incredible and the fish and chips were delicious. Definitely make this slice of history a must on your itinerary."
