What Shana Craig likes about The Madness:
Very tasty. One waitress and she was very busy. She was exceptional didn’t even have to write our order down and got it right! Presentation was beautiful and atmosphere was unique. Small parking area. Definitely a unique experience. View all feedback.

Had high hopes after reading reviews, but the sushi was mid at best, almost like they stashed a bunch of to-go sushi from the grocery store and there was only 1 waiter for a fully packed restaurant. View all feedback.

We had the bento box so we could try different items. The beef slider lacked flavor. The Sushi is ok. It was fresh just not the quality it could have been.

The hurricane gave me food poisoning! I will never eat here again! I chose this restaurant for a staff Birthday celebration, never again!

"You have an explicit vegan option and a veganizable BLT (Swap tempeh and vegannaise) so it is a good place to eat with omni friends and family. I have the vegan brunch court (scrambled cauliflower, home fries, tempeh and hollandaise). I am grateful for the option, but this dish is exactly why people think vegan food is not satisfied. Two pieces of bizarre sweet tempeh on a far too large pile of domestic frits embellished with few pieces of cauliflower and Bland Hollandaise. There was very little balance between protein, fat and carbohydrates, much less taste I had to do everything in ketchup and hot sauce."

"Food and flavors were delicious -staff was kinda aloof (Hoss was friendly enough) but with a 45-minute waiting for hostess to finish her conversation? Before I could place the order even after mentioning, I had to order as we paid to the parking lot and were hungry at 45 minutes. She made it clear that she would end her conversation by being quite ignored and waiting to order, but that means she took her time with my questions on recommendations, so I think it is part of the corporate culture? and we had a wonderful experience after that when food was great. Desserts, food, teas were all top notch. I was particularly impressed that the desserts are completely free from any cane sugar in any form and instead use data and maple syrup as at home! Hubby is a vegan cook? Very recommended if you? not in a hurry and can overlook the above."

"The atmosphere was noteworthy — warm and lively without being crowded, a fire going on the patio, a nice volume level. A wonderful space for a date night or celebration dinner. The service was good — what you’d expect for an establishment of that caliber. The food was, sadly, a serious letdown — we tried 6 dishes and found only 1 of them to be worth ordering again. The mussels were truly spectacular, perfectly done with a flavorful and interesting broth. Unfortunately, everything else disappointed. The radicchio and gnocchi were both very one-note and lacked balance, the pork chop was significantly over-salted, and the chocolate tres leches and beef tartare were mediocre. Not what we expected from the admiral at all, and quite a bummer!"
