Sweet little sushi and noodle spot in a somewhat odd area. Plenty of parking though so that's a bonus. As we came in, it took people awhile to greet us. Seems that many people get takeout. What User doesn't like about Udon Sushi Noodle:
Did an online order for red Thai curry with beef and pad Thai, would not recommend. Curry was overly sweet and pad Thai did not have much flavor at all. They put chicken in the curry instead of the beef which was a disappointment. Maybe I would go back but try something different. Huge portions, decent price but I don't really even want my leftovers. "As a local, I’m actually embarrassed to say we’ve never been to sunshine Sammie’s. However, after a brief encounter with Lindsay Suzie, we will be forever customers from now on! Their understanding exceptional empathy must ooze into their customer survive. I could tell they are compassionate and caring of others which makes me want to buy 20 sandwiches a week; and I’m lactose intolerant, so that says a lot! Thank you both! (We made our dinner reservation, by the way celebrated a fantastic anniversary). I’m so glad we have fantastic local business in Asheville!"

"Food and flavors were delicious -staff was kinda aloof (Hoss was friendly enough) but with a 45-minute waiting for hostess to finish her conversation? Before I could place the order even after mentioning, I had to order as we paid to the parking lot and were hungry at 45 minutes. She made it clear that she would end her conversation by being quite ignored and waiting to order, but that means she took her time with my questions on recommendations, so I think it is part of the corporate culture? and we had a wonderful experience after that when food was great. Desserts, food, teas were all top notch. I was particularly impressed that the desserts are completely free from any cane sugar in any form and instead use data and maple syrup as at home! Hubby is a vegan cook? Very recommended if you? not in a hurry and can overlook the above."

"Lots of vegan options just ask for no egg. They don't use fish sauce in any of their dishes. I usually get a tofu curry or a noodle dish with no egg and tofu! Excellent service, and the people are so sweet."
