Look in not a chef, ease up on the viniger on the madras, come on u are the best around don't use patacks! Homemade is the nuts so do what u do best! Keema need a bit more tandoori paste, garlic nann needs a bit more buttery garlic.. I'm a bricklayer,i have the faintest idea of cooking but I do like to eat!
