Very well located off the M20 for night stops, the rooms were clean and well spaced out, night service at reception was very pleasant and polite, had no issues with this hotel apart from chap at reception in the morning seemed like he didn't really want to be working there. The windows had bee open and the room was full of bugs, spoke to receptionist and they sent someone along to Remove some and got told we would receive a refund , still no refund , sent emails, no reply , the good night guarantee is a scam, stay clear of premier inns, especially this one.
