Starbucks - Ashland

What Alex Porter likes about Starbucks:
This is the SB that I and lots of coworkers occasionally use on our commute. Despite being understaffed and underpaid, despite I-95 motorists constantly overwhelming capacity, the workers here keep churning out coffee, day in and day out. Horrible service- ordered at the register. After 15 minutes and my 2 drinks still haven't been made. I asked and was told it's a 20 minute wait and 4 other orders were still ahead of mine.I did not order in the app- I ordered and paid at the registered.
