What User likes about Insomnia Cookies:
I'd like to give Insomnia 5 stars. The cookies are amazing, hot and delicious! Unfortunately the staff.... I can't remember a time we've ever felt welcome when we're over to fix cookie. You're not really rude, just irresponsible and they almost make you feel like you're a troubler if you need a second to find out what you want. Luckily, cookies will hold us back. I did not receive my loaded brownie cookie, just a brownie. I did not get my Ice cream cup. My deluxe cookie was burnt. I did receive a box of 4 cookies and 12 mini cookies I did not order. I would have rather the items been cancelled and refunded than getting stuff I didnt want. Or an explanation at all would have been nice as well. Insomnia is expensive and I would like a choice in what I get. View all feedback.

My cookie was so burnt that I couldn't eat it. The ice cream was good though. Super sad about the cookie.
