My girlfriend and I (extremely pretty) ordered a salad and kickn chicken sandwich respectively. Because my girlfriend is vegetarian, she requested no meat in her zalad. It ended up being very good. She was not pleased with the Texas toast, however. Also, CHEDDAR CHEESE BITES YESS. As a Zaxby’s veteran, I was not disappointed with my order either. Overall ⅘. View all feedback.

wow this place is completely downhill they go to order the food and the girls in register cut their eyes on them and in the ground they look like they hate white people. I feel completely judged when I go in there and I will never dream of stepping back in this pathetic load foot, with the workers who are so upset that they look like they want to hit you to eat. Waited almost 30 mines for 3 things. Very unorganized crew. No sense of leadership or anyone directing team. Several employees on their phone instead of helping. Just a mess… and to top it off they’re not even courteous to the paying customers who had to wait. SMH
I don't write reviews, but 25 minutes for an order when there's 5 people in the back chatting on the food line is ridiculous.
Went 6/12/22 placed order online pick up at 18:15 pm, got there a few minutes early ca. 6:10 pm don't eat ready, we waited for an additional 20 minutes after the pick-up time finally got to eat, got home and we live less than 8 minutes from the restaurant! brot was so hard that I could use it to blow away the boneless wings had no sauce on them, had no wort, and the offers were half boiled and uncooked! no dip sauce, ranch or zaxbys sauce or fork! service je! worst left message on the website and got call by general manager she was nice and told us to come back and let her rotate our meal times, but we decided against her because daughter and I both got sick from previous nights eating! I understand that everyone is short-handed, but is still proud of what you are doing! my own daughter works in the restaurant business and they are shorthanded, but would never send out that! Sorry that zaxby lost the business! this is safe! we are going to raise crisp or winghouse or anywhere other than the wide street zaxby’s location!
Sa in line for over 20 minutes for pommes that are not cooked all the way away and finger the size of a half fry. wow.
