"Unless they can't handle spicy, I would encourage everyone to try the Szechuan menu. it is a real privilege to have a place that serves food like this, which is usually only found in a large city. everything is fantastic. so many great appetizers, and my favorite entree is the double boiled style. I have not tried the other parts of the menu, because it is usually what I can find everywhere, but it would not surprise me if their versions are superior because I have eaten nothing here, which was not exceptional. I am happy to drive all the way through the city to eat here, because nothing else comes in the opposite for Chinese."

"We called ahead to get on a list. Thank goodness we did, because others had a 45 min. wait, at least. The kitchen may have been slammed for the holiday, but all our food came out perfectly cooked and perfectly hot. The breaded Mani with sun dried tomatoes and artichokes on top was to die for!! I hope they have it next time I go, and the don't change the menu. I also had grilled asparagus with it ,which was an ok way to have that veggie. My friend's broccoli looked better. I had a white sparkling wine, a Riondin I think, from Italy with the Mahi mahi. It was perfect, not too sweet. Our server was so friendly and conversational, not at all stressed from the full restaurant. Ask for Kelsey! All in all it was a great experience."

"There are so many great options to choose from at Maepole! 12 out of the 16 current menu options are vegan. My go-to plate is sweet potatoes salad greens, gingered beets, fall medley (butternut squash, cauliflower, red pepper, corn), black eyed pea tempeh, topped with half an avocado, turmeric ginger, pesto vinaigrette, spicy avocado sauce. If you’re looking for a healthy, fast, delicious plant-based meal, Maepole is the way to go."

"This is one of my favorite places to eat in Athens. They have fast service, and I always see that they clean unused tables while I am there; the place is very clean. The food is wonderful. I personally love sandwiches on croissants that are always full of a shocking amount of delicious meat. My friends are fans of salad bar, as well as baked potatoes. I never hear bad comments from people who stopped eating in Jason's Deli. The best of all, you get free soft serve ice cream with everything you order! (See the machine near the drinks and salad bar."
