"Had to wait for everything to be cooked. Couldn't take my order on the speaker although they spoke with me via the speaker. This increased my wait time. This is the second time I've been disappointed. Not going back."

"Love the convenience of ordering online, but when I arrived to pick up my order I was told they did not have any breasts.. and asked if I just wanted what they had. Of course I've paid for it already, so I'll just take what they have.. but what confusedme was when I pulled up to the window another employee was asking the girl at the window if I was going to wait for it to becooked or not. I was never offered to wait for anything to be cooked.. I was only told I could just get what they had. If I'dbeen presented with both options on nearly a $50 order then I'd have waited patiently. I'm really understanding, especially whenit comes to service workers... customers can be hateful but I know lazy when I see it and it reflects greatly on this particularlocation where the employees simply do not want to inconvenience themselves by cooking a chicken breast."

"I and mine stopped here, he bought the Angus combo, I got the chicken combo. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The checkout on the trip thru was very friendly and helpful. We'll come back here."

"A true Gem! This restaurant is the embodiment of true service professionals!! Whether it is in the dining room, or you are lucky enough to get a seat at the bar with Eric as your bartender, you will surely not in any way be disappointed with service or food. I have been here a few times and the quality and consistency are NEVER lacking. There is a clear Love and attention to detail in their menus (Food and Drinks) If you are in the area and can make it here, you would be absolutely missing out if you didn't. Reservations are a must, as they keep a packed house. Keep up the fantastic work!!"

"The food was friendly Bland...it was a lot more tasteful...it was one of our favorite places in atmore, but something changed our waitress was ok. she got our drinks and took our order and then we did not see her again until she brought us our taste. another waitress has drunk my son and she seemed nice...and her prices must go up we never paid almost $70 to eat there and it was only 3 of us we usually have 4 and have never gone much over 50 and now we were extra for the payment with a card. as I said we love to love it there, but now I doubt"

"Ordered the Brussels sprouts and baked oysters for appetizers, fettuccine with sea scallops for an entree, and a Moscow mule for dessert. It was all delicious. The portions are large. Eric the bartender was a good conversationalist. I would definitely go back to the Gather"
