"A true Gem! This restaurant is the embodiment of true service professionals!! Whether it is in the dining room, or you are lucky enough to get a seat at the bar with Eric as your bartender, you will surely not in any way be disappointed with service or food. I have been here a few times and the quality and consistency are NEVER lacking. There is a clear Love and attention to detail in their menus (Food and Drinks) If you are in the area and can make it here, you would be absolutely missing out if you didn't. Reservations are a must, as they keep a packed house. Keep up the fantastic work!!"

"The food was friendly Bland...it was a lot more tasteful...it was one of our favorite places in atmore, but something changed our waitress was ok. she got our drinks and took our order and then we did not see her again until she brought us our taste. another waitress has drunk my son and she seemed nice...and her prices must go up we never paid almost $70 to eat there and it was only 3 of us we usually have 4 and have never gone much over 50 and now we were extra for the payment with a card. as I said we love to love it there, but now I doubt"

"I ordered the app. You have no option for sweet tea. Just iced tea. And when you order it, they give you dissatisfaction. However the staff understood and replaced my 5 unweet with sweet. Definitely recommend this location, but the app needs some work!"

"Our waitress was Ruby and she was amazing! The food was top notch. Our table shared food. We had fried and grilled shrimp and fried catfish. We had salad and sweet potatoes and baked potato... everything was wonderful!!!"

"2nd time stopping through here on Big Rig…today, 2-27-22, we stopped early for the night. Huge parking lot for truckers. Clean bathrooms. They have showers and a lounge for drivers as well. The store has pretty much what you need (I had to go next door to Dollar General since they didn’t actually have 1 thing I needed) it’s close so it’s ok (I’m a woman and hubby is with me) we had dinner at their restaurant, the burger was hot and on point! Hubby got a grilled fish platter. He said it was “ok”…Would stop here again if we’re in the area."

"We've been eating at Jalisco for years. The co-owner Martha goes to Atmore's Catholic Church. She is responsible for the altar flowers every week. If she's not here, she's at Jalisco. All waiters are professional and friendly. The food is as good as the people who own this restaurant! It is authentic and wonderful. Best frozen margaritas in ALABAMA!"
