The restaurant is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physiological disabilities, Depending on the weather, you can also sit outside and eat.

What Letitia Marks doesn't like about Empire Chef:
Ordered take out. Food was tasteless and not authentic. Not worth ordering from. Hot and sour, was barely tasty, house special noodles tasted like bad spaghetti with mystery sauce. Not sure if the chili chicken was chicken. BBQ ribs were passable but not great. read more.
