What Drew Stephens doesn't like about Potbelly Sandwich Shop:
Good food. Terrible manager and customer service. Overcharged two people in our group. Seemed like doing it intentionally. Very rude about it when we challenged her about it. But she did give refund. Asked for manager and she said she is the manager. Worst customer service from a manager I've ever seen. Won't come back to this location but would go to another location. View all feedback.

It is excellent! Recommend. The sandwiches seem to be too light on the meat compared to Fire House Subs though...
