"I had the opportunity to eat at the strong house on a visit to friends at least a year ago. a pure treat from the entrance to the dessert through the chablis. even the smell of towels and the design of plates makes you want to stay there. the chef is very friendly and he doesn't hesitate to tell you the story of his restaurant and his know-how. as I told him at the check-in: it is thanks to restaurants like his own that we want to eat in quality French restaurants. "We would have liked to test it but we were refused. We booked for 7:00, with our sanitary passes. We met at 6:52 p.m. after a tiring day of visit, we were noticed that it was not the time it was 7:00 p.m. So we asked if we were refused, answered yes, wait in the car. So if we arrive 7 min in advance we are refused but if we arrive 10 minutes late the restaurant also gives the right to cancel the reservation. So being refused and invited to wait in our car in the cold, we left."
