"Just popped into this Subway on the way to Edinburgh and was blown away by the customer service. Never have I ever recieved such amazing customer service. I think the gentleman's name was Frank? Havent even tasted the food yet but even if it wasnt good this mans service would more than make up for it!"

"Arrived after booking a table and my partner and I were shown to our table . As other customers entered they were given menus and asked what they would like to drink . After 30 minutes of waiting my partner had to ask a member of staff for menus. Eventually a member of staff brought over menus and asked what we would like to drink. After a further 15 minutes our order was taken. Starters were ok and then our main dishes were brought out . I had asked for peppercorn sauce for my partners steak which never materialized and my own main course looked like it had been thrown together. Total cost £72:25p which was vastly over inflated and two hours of my life I wish I could get back . I should have walked out . Customer service utterly appalling. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40"

"Came over this place quite randomly at the time they were very busy, but the man let us eat in the bar as we have starved. eating when it arrived was fantastic, the portions were a good size and choice was good, even better offered a gluten-free meal that my man enjoyed very much, the staff was very friendly and helpful. many thanks for a beautiful meal and a great atmosphere. hopefully we come back"

"Lovely spot! Great shop downstairs definitely worth a browse. Breakfast at the cafe was great! Staff super friendly. Waitress very recommended a local walk which we decided to go that was beautiful!"
