Lovely family run, cosy ‘proper’ pub. Good selection of bitters, lagers, wine and everything in between. Nice garden areas for drinking in the sunshine. Sadly the Sunday roast wasn't good at all. All 4 if us felt it was a poor offering. The meat quality differed greatly from plate to plate, as did portion sizes, the carrots were raw, and every dish served was tepid or cold. We weren't asked how the food was, so we didn't say anything and just notched it up to experience. Sadly we'll just stick to drinks next time and ha... View all feedback.
