"We stayed on the sprout and ordered to the room for 3 suppers, and I give an average rating of 3 stars. the first meal deserves 5 stars (I recommend the salmon tartare, generous serving, and the dish of the day with prepared vegetables perfect, impeccable desserts.) the second dinner was disappointing for the price. Vegetarian salad very ordinary, tofu that tastes soya sauce. But the flamcueche pizza was good. 3rd supper : osso bucco (like a good meal prepared home) and duck magret (the duck was rubbery, difficult to eat, my dog liked it well on the other hand.) we had liked the cream burned the first day so we recommended it, however this time it was not torn above."

"I love Famille Migneron cheese store and when I found out that there is a restaurant opened next to it I got very curious. Faux Bergers is not your typical restaurant, you don't just go there for food but also for the experience. I reserved a table online about a week in advance. They offer a 7 course meal from only the local ingredients in the region, almost each dish is explained to you before you taste it. I loved their cabbage salad with carp caviar, definitely a unique tasting dish. The service is great as well. I highly recommend this place if you consider yourself a foodie or just love trying out new things. You won't regret it!"

"My wife and I decided to try the diapason for dinner at our last night stay in Baie-Saint-Paul and were glad that we did. my wife has some food restrictions, but had made some checks before our vacation, and the diapason had enough menu choices that could take place. we were served by eva, who turns out to be one of the peculiarities. they provided informative help in our selections and personal and attentive service as soon as we have done the order. our various dishes were all very tasteful and the presentation excellent, in the fashion of the French cuisine. eva not only knew the menu in detail, but was equally knowledgeable in their wine list and helped us to select one that we enjoyed very much. the only negative comment I would offer is that, as we had no reservation, we sat on a small table on the terrace near the street side. this brought us along with a very busy street corner on a Saturday night, with both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. the traffic noise is of course not fault and has not pampered our experience, but if they are looking for a quieter experience, I would recommend booking in advance and requesting an interior. thanks to the diapason and eva especially that we make our last night in Baie-Saint-Paul a pleasant one."

"The restaurant is kind of mixed. I really liked the large terrace in the back, over the river we recently kayaked on . the sangria was excellent as the carrot cake dessert. but the main courts we had were not very original, they had actually the same side, one was huh and the other was healed. both were okay, but not great. I saw a lot of people who ordered a court, a puffy cake like a court, maybe we would have tried. they also still use plastic straws, which was quite surprising, should they really ask them if they want one, so wasted . there were also very little vegetarian options. the abree they gave us were excellent. the child’s meal was also very large, much too much and should not be recommended for our child. our experience was not great, to these trips it should have been, but I think with other options it could have been much better."
