My first time trying jerk chicken and it will not be the last! The chicken was very moist and tender and seasoned very well. The plantains were good and I loved the spices on the cabbage. Food used to be so good but for the past few months it has not been hitting like it used to. I get using chicken on the bone but almost every bite had a small piece of bone that I can almost choke on and almost miss it.
