"We were in the pokie area and honestly the the security is useless. Over the past3 or 4 weeks we have been to Craigs it seems the staff are quite happy to allow some element of society to come in ,act loud and use offensive language. This is not what we expect from this beautiful building and all its hype, sure other pokie venues are like it ,but not at Craig's .So disappointed that we cannot go out nowadays without seeing and hearing this unacceptable behaviour. The security at Craigs is only good for telling old men off ,they do nothing when it comes to a real problem"

"The food here is great, we've been a few times and have never had even an average meal. It's always fantastic, and I like the complimentary tea too There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options and the injera is delicious.
