I went to Ballarat last week. As we walked in the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by a lovely waiter. The food was great, I ordered the Chicken Stay Skewers and Fish Cakes for the entrees. Staff very welcoming, prompt service. BYO only. Spring rolls were difficult to eat as the pastry was thick and very hard. Green chicken curry was westernized (regular visitor to Thailand) it was tasty but too sweet. Not balanced. (This also might be due to the pumpkin and carrots) Generous serving...enough for two with one serve of jasmine rice. Pleasant meal, would return. read more.
