Always a good breakfast! Sometimes the service is slow, but today my waiter was amazing. She was very nice and quickly brought us our food. I usually go for breakfast and always have a good time. Although I am sad that the buffet is no longer something, only to mothers and father's day. But I understand that the food waste was too much. Anyway, I encourage you to have breakfast here! What User doesn't like about Chili Masala:
The food itself was quite delicious, but a banquet for 2 wasn't it. Most of what was listed was not served what was served were small portions. The chicken of butter hardly had a chicken that the safron rice tasted like onion and that was with it except the occasional klove in which you would bite. And the desert 3 tiny ball things....3 for 2 people. Two samosas a few casual sauces. We cook Indians at home. We enjoy... View all feedback.

Absolute wreck. Ordered via phone which was difficult considering the language barrier, was told 15min wait, they didn't ask my name or phone number. Got there to find they'd lost our order. When I finally got my food another 20mins later, the rice was badly overcooked butter chicken was hideous. All three of us couldn't finish the meal, was like eating tomato paste. Waited 40mins and paid $18 for a meal that's genuinely nicer from a frozen foods box of Coles for $3.50 done in 7mins : Never again Chilli Masala.
This is the first written review I have left, this place deserves one. The worst food (Indian or other) we had ever seen or eaten. Garlic Naan was coated in a little green that doesn't look like garlic. The chili chicken had some pieces of raw chicken in what looked like a sauce made with ink paste. The lamb in lamb biryani was far understated. When we complained about it, the lady brought a fork to find out what pieces were raw. They served with dirty hands and at the same time fetched a dirty napkin from the table. The plates were dirty and we had to clean them. The food tasted terrible, we couldn't get to eat this place even after 45 minutes on foot. The atmosphere, they had the TV and radio at the same time in full volume. Will not recommend this place at all.
Unfortunately the worst Indian I’ve ever eaten. The curry looks like a tomato paste based swamp sludge with a couple of pieces of dry overcooked meat. The rice was so full of oil that if I could wring it out it would have dripped like a squashed Big Mac. The vegetable samosa’s looked sad and soggy and in addition, the wait time for pick up was a full hour. However, when I arrived I found a store without customers and food that was as cold as the atmosphere. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review before, however this definitely called for it.
They are the worst...i ordered online at 11:30am. I received confirmation email that my order was successfully booked ready for pick up at 12:15pm. I Went to pick up my order but they were CLOSED, it was already paid...at 4:30pm i received a text message from them that my order is ready by 5:20pm. WHAT??? Called the restaurant and it was a pain in the process i had to go through before having them agree to reimburse payment made...
