My husband and I have eaten here several times, and the food is usually good. Unfortunately this time the restaurant was freezing, we were moved to a table near the heater which was better. The samosa was still cold inside, we sent them back but the next plate was only slightly better. The tandoori chicken and rogan josh was tasty- perhaps a little bland. Always great food, friendly service and reasonably priced. You can also purchase your home cooking needs here as well. An unfairly deserved negative reviewer caused me to ad my two bob to restore a well deserved balance.
Just some chicken and kebab swimming in a very ordinary sauce to hide that there was only chicken and kebabs. I couldn’t eat it and my dog agreed. Don’t go here!
We went for dinner, with our family. At first glance it didn't look great. But the food was amazing. Usually the Indian food in Melbourne is mediocre, changed to please the Western palate. We ordered Masala Dosa and it was the best I've had in ages. The first bite took back to my childhood visits to India and the hotels in Mumbai... The food was all fresh and authentic. The staff were friendly
Phone order pick up first notice not wearing masks Charged $50.70 price on menu cost was less than $42.00. I Questioned they said rogan josh went up today from $16.80 to $20.80 today rice $8.00 and the roti naan was $6.00 instead of $4..00 they did offer to refund $2.00 my reply, no matter wont be back, the meal itself was bad chicken tuff (how can anyone make chicken tuff) the Rogan Josh goat to many bones also extremely tuff one piece capsicum rest gravy sauce I couldn't rate a dog wouldn't eat it, even the naan was dry and hard but the rice was ok
Cosy atmosphere, beautiful butter paneer rich in tomato, great garlic naan, perfectly cooked rice, and a good chicken parma too! I've tried many butter paneer dishes across the country, and this one is amazing!
