Food is nice here especially chips. There are some good values in meals. . However, their pizza is less than average at best when compared to apache or dominos....

Great home cooked food. Good deals. Fresh cod and chips lovely. Pizzas. Hand cut chips. Staff friendly. Delicious

"Found this restaurant on Google Maps as we were travelling back from Galway. The reviews were good so we decided to give it a try. It has a very understated exterior and found the inside had a nice cozy feel to it. We ordered two pizza's which were delicious, a glass of wine, two desserts and coffee's. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend a visit."

"We go there a bit for a brunch as it’s family friendly there’s plenty of space, especially with a buggy, and staff are great with our toddler. The atmosphere is relaxed and we always enjoy the food which is reasonably priced."

"The day we visited for dinner they were short staffed so we were waiting quite a while for our food,had the roast beef dinner which I enjoyed the kids had a penne pasta dish which unfortunately they didn't enjoy but enjoyed the chicken gougons that we reordered for them,the staff that were on duty were very friendly and apologetic for the delays. Have heard good reports about the food from friends so will not let this experience put us off will definitely try Gertie's food again."
