The staff is friendly and accommodating, with Dagmara standing out as particularly knowledgeable and helpful. While the food is tasty, some customers experienced delays, missing items, and issues with orders. Despite this, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were consistently praised. Overall, it seems to be a convenient spot for a meal, with ample parking and additional amenities such as a Centra shop with a variety of goods. A good choice for a quick and satisfying bite to eat.
Excellent service and customer support for anything.
It was the evening time when we went around 18.30 a.m., the main shop was pretty busy as supermac’s was. eating is quite good, but the personal seemed either new or confused, who did what and friendliness was not existential.
I have made a lot of supermacs on and down there a lot of mistakes in few outlets spot mile away
Invented my own burger... Have to say the staff where very accommodating. Dagmara is excellent and very knowledgeable, she could remember everything that I wanted on it after first time, (chicken. Breast sandwich, flat chicken, smokey sauce, red onion, bacon, cheese, lettuce..
